Privacy
This policy covers desilon.nl and the tester sign-up for Evade. The game will get its own policy before it is released.
Who we are
Desilon is an indie game studio from the Netherlands, run by Maarten van Vollenhoven, who is responsible for your data (the controller). You can reach us at contact@desilon.nl.
What we collect, and why

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't build profiles.
Cookies
desilon.nl sets no cookies. Our visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without tracking you across sites. The site's font is loaded from our own server.
Who processes data for us
- MailerLite keeps the tester list and sends the playtest mails. MailerLite is based in the EU (Lithuania).
- Zoho handles our mail (Zoho Mail), in its EU data centre.
- GitHub (part of Microsoft) hosts the site with GitHub Pages. GitHub is based in the United States and takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare provides the visit counts. Cloudflare is based in the United States and takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
They work for us under a data processing agreement and may only use your data to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send it to you in a common format. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every mail, or by mailing contact@desilon.nl. We answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Age
The tester sign-up is meant for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian first.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we tell you by mail first.
